The role includes managing HRMS (Zing-HRMS), handling employee engagement initiatives, driving social media and internal communications (newsletters), and collaborating with vertical HR teams. The candidate should have strong experience in policy creation and implementation, along with a deep understanding of PMS and HRMS functionalities.
